2009 Biennial Texas Mini-Reunion
Hi Guys, Get ready for the 4th. Biennial Texas Mini-Reunion on October 17th. This time of the year in Texas is usually pretty good weather, as opposed to the popular belief that it is always over 100 degrees down here. Most of you live a long ways from here and a 1 day BBQ mini-reunion is probably out of the question but if you are traveling, on vacation, have relatives in the Dallas area and/or just want to get together with some of your classmates or other alumni let me know. We have limited accommodations at our place and can put up a number of you on a first come-first served basis. We also have a pool if you are interested. Our ranch, about 45 miles east of Dallas, offers live fishing ponds, horseback riding, various animals including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and our favorite pygmy goats. The past 3 minis have brought alumni from Florida, Oregon, Arkansas, Missouri and Texas. Lets get some guys from other states also. We just have a BBQ with hamburgers, hot dogs, Kentucky fried chicken and Jim Kilpatrick, 64, adds his special Hawaiian and Pilipino delicacies. We just sit around and reminisce about guess what? Wives are invited and encouraged to come with you will help to give my wife Cheryl some other people to talk to besides us old RMA guys. Everything is on the house so come and join us for some sun and fun in Texas. Please let me know if you can attend I know this is a long time in advance and plans can change but it helps me in the planning process. Contact me by phone at 972.524.8825 or email at: mike.vagi@rmaroughriders.org. Hope to see you in October. Take care, Mike 60
