  • the promotion of alumni friendship

  • the on-going development of the alumni network

  • the management and distribution of the RMA Roster, and The Rough Rider Newsletter

  • the leadership to coordinate reunion planning

  • the focal point for association planning.

Membership.  The Rough Rider Association shall consist of all cadet alumni, faculty, the Aledo, Illinois, business community, and the friends and families of cadet alumni and faculty members.              

Life-time Membership.  Any eligible cadet or faculty member is eligible for Life-time membership in the Association. If they have attained the age of 68 as of January 1st of the calendar year the dues were paid then the life-time membership dues payment will be $100. If they are less than the age of 68 as of January 1st of the calendar year the dues were paid then the life-time membership dues payment will be $250. Life-time members have all the benefits of full membership status.

Full Membership.  Any former cadet or faculty who attended, or taught at Roosevelt Military Academy shall be eligible for Full Membership in the Association. 

Associate Membership.  Any former cadets or faculty who attended or taught at Roosevelt Military Academy, Aledo friend or family member of an alumni or faculty member shall be eligible for Associate Membership in the Association but shall not have the benefits of full membership in the Association.

Membership Classifications.  The different Membership Classifications and the benefits and privileges of each classification are as shown below. Memberships and dues are based on a calendar year.
